Glitre Sparkling Grenache Blanc

Glitre is Norwegian for "To Glitter" or "To Sparkle", so a very fitting name for a new expression of one of our favorite varieties.  We love Grenache Blanc.  We love bubbles.  Naturally, we had to combine them.  This lively bubbly was made for slow summer afternoons, sunny patios, and the people who make both better.  Pop it open, pour generously, and stay a while. This wine will pair wonderfully with scallops and a garlic/butter/lemon sauce.
