100% Grenache

With the 2024 vintage we continued using purpose grown Grenache fruit for our rosé, but also added some saignée from our red Grenache fermenters.  After 4 hours on the skins to get just the right color, the juice was pressed into a stainless steel tank, fermented to dryness, and malolactic fermentation was blocked to retain the bright and fresh acid.  We feel the addition of the saignée adds another layer of complexity.

 Tasting Notes:  The 2024 Rosé comes across with delicate aromas of rose petal and grapefruit on the nose.  With the first sip you have all the feels of summer: strawberries, subtle floral aromas, with a twist of citrus.
